To insure the integrity of our organization we hold ourselves accountable through our relationships with multiple 3rd party audit firms. We also hold our employees accountable to the standards that we set as a company and to the standards that they set for themselves. In a competitive environment we need folks that aren't afraid to make commitments and "Do what they say they are going to do". Our competition is free to hire everyone else.
